PRESALE ORDERS

Duo Him, Duo Her, and The Duo Bundle are currently available for presale only. By placing a presale order you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Estimated shipping: Presale orders are estimated to ship within 90–120 days of your order date. This timeline is an estimate and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, regulatory, or logistical factors. We will communicate any material changes via email.
  2. Refund guarantee: If Duo Wellness LLC is unable to fulfill your presale order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. This refund guarantee is unconditional. 
  3. Founding member pricing: The price paid at presale is your founding member price. If you elect to continue as a subscriber after your first order ships, your monthly rate will be the founding member price you paid at presale, not the public retail price, for as long as you remain an active subscriber.
  4. No automatic subscription enrollment: Placing a presale order does not enroll you in any subscription. You will be contacted after your order ships with the option to subscribe at your locked founding member rate.
  5. Product variation: Final product formulation, flavor, and packaging may vary slightly from current descriptions as a result of manufacturing and regulatory review. Any material changes will be communicated prior to shipping.
