Our Story

We built the thing that should already exist. Hi. We're Paula Paredes-Pozas & Jhareil Hutchinson — a husband and wife from Salt Lake City, Utah. We started Duo because we got tired of a problem that felt personal, then realized it was universal. 

For months, Julie was doing everything. Tracking her cycle. Researching preconception nutrition. Buying prenatals, reading labels, carrying the weight of both our reproductive health decisions. Jhareil wanted to be part of it — to actually show up — but nothing out there gave him an easy, approachable way in.

Every supplement brand talked to one of us. Never both.

So we built Duo. 

What Duo is

Duo is a hormone wellness system designed for couples — two daily powder drink mixes that support testosterone, drive, hormone balance, and fertility prep, designed to be taken together every morning as one shared ritual.

Duo Him supports testosterone, libido, energy, and sperm quality. Duo Her supports hormone balance, cycle health, libido, and fertility prep. 

One stick each. Shake in with water. Done in 30 seconds. Together. 

Why we started with a drink 

Because pills get skipped. A flavored drink you actually look forward to is a ritual you'll actually keep. We wanted something that felt like a morning habit — not a medicine cabinet obligation. 

Why it matters

Male factor is involved in over 40% of fertility challenges. Fewer than 8% of fertility products are built with men in mind. No brand existed that treated hormone health as the two-person story it has always been. Until now.

We're building this from the ground up. We're a small team. Right now it's just the two of us. We're documenting every step of building Duo in public, because we believe the most powerful thing a new brand can do is let people in from the very beginning. 

We're pre-launch. We're fundraising. We're working with GMP-certified manufacturers in Utah. And we have 100 founding member spots open for couples who want to be part of this from day one.
